It is well established that a healthy working environment promotes quality production, often in shorter timeframes. That is why, at GEFICCA, the well-being of our staff and the smooth operation of our plant are two essential priorities. We have recently made several improvements to enhance our working conditions:
New floor marking: Safety begins with a clear environment. With this in mind, we have undertaken a floor marking campaign to improve circulation on our site and reduce the risk of accidents.
Central office for team leaders: A central workstation at the heart of the plant facilitates coordination. It allows our team leaders to better communicate with different production teams and to intervene quickly when needed.
Installation of skydomes: Thanks to skydomes, our workspaces now benefit from natural light, thereby reducing the feeling of confinement and improving the comfort of our employees.
Environmental Commitment
We also attach great importance to our environmental values to ensure sustainable quality work:
Installation of a rubber grinder: As part of our ecological commitments, we have implemented a rubber grinder. This device allows for the efficient recycling of production scraps and the transformation of waste into reusable raw materials.
Setting up a composter: Waste sorting is also part of our concrete actions. We have installed a composter, thereby contributing to the circular economy by giving our organic waste a second life.
