GEFICCA provides a confidential reporting system that enables you to report any behavior or situation that is contrary to the law, ethical standards, or our company values.

When Should You Submit a Report?

You may report, among other things:

  • Corruption, fraud, or conflicts of interest
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Risks to health, safety, or the environment
  • Disclosure of confidential information
  • Non-compliance with applicable regulations or the GEFICCA Code of Ethics

Useful Information to Include

To help us process your report efficiently, please provide, whenever possible:

  • A description of the observed facts
  • The date and location of the incident
  • The individuals involved
  • Any supporting documents or evidence available

Our Commitments

  • Fair and impartial review of all reports
  • Protection against any form of retaliation
  • Acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days and feedback within a maximum period of 3 months
