Creation of PEM, a family business that later became GEFICCA.

Establishment of the SOMA subsidiary in Sousse, Tunisia

To ensure large-scale production of its parts, GEFICCA chose to trust Tunisia and set up its subsidiary in Sousse.

Acquisition of the GEFICCA Group
Bernard Fontaine, who was previously CEO, takes the helm of the group.

Buyout of GEFICCA by 3 of its employees
Thanks to a Leveraged Buyout (LBO), the company transformed into a public limited company (Société Anonyme) with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board. Bernard FONTAINE, Dominique FROUX, Vincent DENOST, and Abel KAICHOUH became the four shareholders of GEFICCA.

The Cosne-sur-Loire site, aiming to continuously improve its environmental performance, has obtained this valuable certification.
